The power of health workers

The role of health workers is undeniable. They are there to help people from the most hard-to-reach areas to the city. They are there to enable the development of business, economy, education and every sector. However, according to the World Health Organization, the world is facing a shortfall of 18 million health workers by 2030. The High-Level Commission on Health Employment and Economic Growth has identified 10 recommendations for transforming the global health workforce.
